Active Witnesses vs Reserve Witnesses

Until now we have set the total number of Active Witnesses at 5. This means that all Witnesses that fall outside of the top 5 most voted, are reserve witnesses. As we are planning to move from Beta to Mainnet next month in December, we will set the default number of Active Witnesses to 20/21 by then.

We hope that over the course of the following month, the number of witnesses will grow to 20+.

In the following few weeks we will also create a Discord group for those who are running or who want to run Serey nodes so we can help each other out with questions regarding the implementation of a node or updates and other things.
